Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire launched the #JeDecrocheLeJobSG challenge

In May, Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire found its new training expert through the #JeDecrocheLeJobS challenge.

The challenge was launched on social media, where the candidates could fill in a form until April to try and be selected by a jury from Societe Generale. The conditions to participate were to be over 20, to live in the French-speaking region of Africa and to have had a first work experience.

After on-line trainings and placement tests through the platform Etudesk and a workshop in Abidjan with the three other final candidates, Reine Dagbo has been chosen for the so-wanted job.

Passionate about passing along knowledge and about digital, it is thanks to her training engineer experience and her video presentation that she attracted the jury's eye and eventually won the challenge.

As training expert within Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire, she will aim to contribute to adapting resources to the company's needs by conceiving the training architecture and the development actions that will allow the acquisition of new skills by the collaborators.

The success of this operation demonstrates that Societe Generale knows how to benefit from the digital revolution in Africa to discover young talents with atypical profiles, that traditional ways of recruitment would not have put in the spotlight.
