Once again this year, Nice will welcome the Choiseul Africa Business Forum, at the heart of the French Riviera on October 3 and 4.

This forum is an unavoidable event dedicated to investments and business opportunities in and with Africa and organized by Institut Choiseul, an independent think tank which analyzes the great economic, politic and social stakes and the challenges of good governance.

For the fifth edition, will gather over 300 economic decision-makers among the most strategic in Africa and senior European leaders around topics such as renewable energies, digital or African cities of the future.

This year, the results of the Ecobarometer" will be disclosed. Carried out by Institut Choiseul in partnership with Societe Generale, this survey analyzes the African financial dynamics and the stakes underlying the financing of Africa's growth.

Laurent Goutard, Head of International Retail Banking for Africa, the Mediterranean Basin & Overseas at Societe Generale, will take the opportunity to discuss the perception of Africa by international investors, considering the results of this survey.

Philippe Heim, Deputy CEO of Societe Generale will also be present to meet European and African private sectors and Hacina Py, Global Head of Export Finance, will make a presentation entitled "Smart Cities, what model for the African city of the future?"
