SOCIETE GENERALE CAPITAL SECURITIES WEST AFRICA
The Group's subsidiary in charge of management and intermediation on the regional financial market of the WAEMU zone. Initially known as Sogebourse, this entity has been approved since 1998 by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Securities Regulator), and has become one of the reference brokers in the WAEMU zone.
SOCIETE GENERALE CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT WEST AFRICA
Incorporated company including a board of directors, Société Générale Capital Asset Management is the Group's subsidiary dedicated to the management of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) on the financial market of the WAMU zone. It is the first UCITS Management Company approved by the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF).
