Best Customer Service of the Year in Algeria

In the context of the first edition in Algeria of the national survey "Élu Meilleur Service Client de l’année" (Best Customer Service of the Year), launched by the independent consulting firm IMMAR , Société Générale Algérie received the "Best Customer Service of the Year 2021" award in the "Bank" category.

This recognition is the result of a study conducted on different customer service channels and completed by a survey on a representative sample of the population, and distinction rewards the efforts and daily commitment of all the subsidiary's employees to its customers.

This award allows Société Générale Algérie to position itself once again as a bank that places the well-being of its customers at the centre of all its activities, and encourages it to work on improving the quality of its services to satisfy customers and meet their expectations.
