Les Héroïnes Forum - Women are the change agents of Africa

Once again, Societe Generale partners up with Forum Les Héroïnes that will be held in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire on September 24, then in Dakar, Senegal on November 16.
For the third edition of this meeting dedicated to women leadership and organized by Jeune Afrique, the participants, both executives and entrepreneurs, are invited to "be an agent of change".
The focus will be put on three main themes during the event: "take part in the change of my company", "transform my leadership" and "give a positive boost to my ecosystem".
Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire and Société Générale Sénégal chose to make 10 talented collaborators participate. They will thus have an opportunity to share their experiences and take part in the debates and workshops such as « Reactive manager VS proactive manager, which one are you?", "Problem solving: how to solve everyday problems of a company and even a community while preventing them to happen again?" and "Be the agent of your change: how to efficiently overcome stress at work?"
The purpose of the process is to help each participant discover the leadership style that suits her, the way to appropriate it and to understand the scope of her commitment.
