Société Générale Madagasikara is launching its new branch format "AKAIKY BANKY" to get closer to its customers. This "light" branch format was deployed to facilitate access to banking products and services outside of traditional branches. Two new AKAIKY BANKYs have been deployed since December 15 in Ambatolampy and Anosiala (Madagascar).

Thus, making concrete for the populations served the raison d'être of the Societe Generale group, which is to build together with its customers a better and sustainable future by providing responsible and innovative financial solutions.

The deployment of AKAIKY BANKYs is an integral part of the bank's strategy aimed at customer satisfaction and innovation at the service of customers. It is in addition to the various innovation and transformation mechanisms put in place by the bank to promote access to financial services for its customers and future customers. Among these, the opening of a Real Estate Loan Agency, dedicated to supporting the real estate projects of its clients and the extension of branch opening hours.

The close relationship between Société Générale Madagasikara and Total MADAGASCAR has enabled the two institutions to continue their collaboration in setting up the AKAIKY BANKY project. Total MADAGASCAR, which already has a large distribution network, facilitates the project procedures, and thus becomes the 1st partner station of AKAIKY BANKY.
